Tree cuttings, branches, and brush may all be processed swiftly and effectively by the 12XC. Persistent branches can be guided to the drum by being pulled in and compressed by the 15 ¾" diameter single top feed wheel. A range of down pressure settings may be achieved using side mounted down pressure springs, and an optional hydraulic lift cylinder can be added to improve down pressure capabilities and lessen the need to trim or reposition material, which will increase production.
A sturdy 20" diameter x 13 ¼" broad two-knife drum is included as standard, and the manufactured parts are covered by a 5-year "GUTS" guarantee. A slot known as the "Power Slot" is positioned on the front side of the drum casing to help with improved chipped throwing force. It also makes it easier to remove the machine in the case that it plugs in.
Mitsubishi gas engines with 49 or 74 horsepower are choices for the 12XC. Kohler 49 or 74 horsepower diesel engines are also available if that's your preferred fuel type. An auto or NACD spring-loaded clutch engages the drum, depending on the engine.
