INTIMIDATOR™ 12XP - TOWABLE
DRUM STYLE HAND-FED CHIPPER
Companies seeking a highly productive, 12-inch capacity drum-style chipper turn to the Intimidator™ 12XP. Featuring a 24-inch diameter drum with a large 14 1/4-inch high by 17-inch wide throat opening, it easily processes large brush stacks and limbs.
Powerful dual feed wheels mounted in Bandit's proven Slide Box Feed System provide direct down pressure to material entering the chipper, requiring little-to-no trim work on material before feeding it through the chipper. The standard hydraulic lift cylinder is a great feature providing extra hydraulic down pressure reducing chainsaw work making the unit easier to feed increasing productivity.
A wide profile 54" wide infeed hopper gives ample room allowing limbs and other harder to chip pieces to be processed with ease. Gas and diesel engine options are available ranging from 74 to 145 horsepower.
For added productivity and versatility add the optional hydraulic winch making it easier to get large piles of brush or trees up into the chipper.
FEED SYSTEM
A powerful dual feed wheel system generates abundant pulling power to pull and compress material into the chipper. To assist with down pressure, two adjustable side mounted spring can generate over 400 pounds of down pressure, reducing the need to trim or re-position material. For added down pressure a hydraulic lift cylinder is available as an option.
WIDE PROFILE INFEED
To simplify the feeding process, a wide profile 30 ¾" high x 54" wide infeed hopper with 30" fold down infeed pan is standard. The large infeed provides a robust platform for feeding multiple stems or brushy material at one time.
DURABLE DRUM
A durable 24" diameter x 18 3/4" wide four-knife drum is standard with the fabricated components backed by a 5-year "GUTS" warranty. This efficient drum turns at a slower RPM, providing increased torque for enhanced chipping capabilities. With four knives, there are more cutsper revolution increasing efficiency.

DISCHARGE
To assist with enhanced chipping throwing power, a slot called the "Power Slot" is located on the front side of the drum housing allowing for increased air flow or in the event of machine plugging significantly simplifying the unplugging process.
