The Model 4680 is the largest tow-behind "Beast" model offered by Bandit featuring a massive 60" diameter cuttermill equipped with 48 teeth. A large 45" high x 60" wide mill opening gives adequate room to grind large diameter stumps, logs, and whole trees. Engine options include a Caterpillar C27, 1,050 horsepower or Caterpillar C32, 1,200 horsepower engine.
Four 25,000 pound axles with (16) 11R/22.5, 16 ply tires mounted on 10 bolt hub pilot dual rims are standard.
The big 60" x 17' 10" long x "slat" infeed conveyor is simple to load, and it is made of WDH-120 for increased durability and strength. Standard equipment includes a proportional feed with six speed settings that may be changed according to the material being processed and the final product that is required.
The 4680, like all Bandit Beast models, has cutterbodies that tear apart materials. The machine may be configured according to the kind of material being processed and the intended final product thanks to the availability of many teeth and screen choices.
