Blade Manufacturing
●Blades are forged from high-carbon alloy steel through a three-step process: drop forging → CNC grinding → vacuum heat treatment, achieving HRC 56–60 hardness with excellent edge retention and impact toughness.

Rotor Machining
●The rotor main shaft is made from 40Cr alloy structural steel, quench-tempered and precision-machined, paired with premium bearings (NSK/SKF optional).
●After welding, the complete rotor assembly undergoes dynamic balancing with residual unbalance controlled to G6.3 grade or better.
Frame Manufacturing
●The frame is laser-cut from Q235B heavy-gauge steel plate and welded into a rigid unit. Critical welds undergo ultrasonic spot inspection to ensure structural integrity.
●Three-layer surface protection: sandblasting → epoxy primer → polyurethane topcoat, providing excellent weather resistance and rust protection for long-term outdoor storage.
Assembly & Testing
●Every completed unit undergoes a 30-minute loaded test run prior to shipment, covering: starting performance, idle stability, maximum chipping capacity, vibration levels, noise levels, safety switch response, and fastener torque verification.

Batch Traceability
Each machine is assigned a unique serial number linked to its production batch, key component suppliers, and inspection records - enabling full traceability from raw materials to finished product.

Packing
Standard Export Packing:
●Steel frame + carton or fumigation-free plywood crate, with multi-layer internal cushioning (foam, bubble wrap, straps).
Bulk Option:
●For full-container orders, shrink-wrapped machine body + steel frame base is available to reduce packaging costs.
●External labeling includes: product name, model, serial number, net/gross weight, packing dimensions, lifting points, and moisture-protection symbols.

Storage
●Store in a dry, well-ventilated indoor or covered environment. Avoid prolonged outdoor exposure to rain.
●For long-term storage (over 3 months): drain fuel, change oil, and apply anti-rust oil to blade surfaces.
●Storage temperature: -10°C to 45°C; relative humidity ≤ 85%.

Handling
●Packing crates are marked with forklift slots and lifting points. Use a forklift or crane for loading/unloading.
●Manual handling requires at least 2 persons; pay attention to the center of gravity.
